Sanded Board Offcuts, Perfect for DIY Applications.
These have had their faces sanded smoother but left with all their unique industrial features, metal bands may still be fixed to the ends (you can pull these off with carpenter's pliers if needed) and there will still be marks, holes, and staining from their previous lives.
EDGES NOT SANDED. (if required you can sand the edge using some sandpaper and a sanding block)
Available as 1-2ft or 2-3ft boards, unfortunately, specific lengths cannot be requested.
Nominal dimensions are 225mm wide, 38mm thick. We do not sell longer boards at present.

Boards dried beforehand in kilns, ideal for use as shelves/to make furniture/ feature walls and other projects
Shipping is £8 for the first item and £1 for each subsequent one.
Does not ship internationally, to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland or remote areas of the UK

Don't worry, most of our items just require a screwdriver to fix the legs to the tops, at most an electric screwdriver and an Allen key (if required these are mentioned in the product listing)

For VERA and LUDWIG tables we would recommend getting a bench 25cm shorter than the table to give allowance for the leg spacing.
For ASPA and LEON tables we would recommend getting a bench at least 31cm shorter.
An uneven edge is something we come across on some of our reclaimed boards, they give the edge of the table a unique curve and form. It's available on our customisation listing.
It shouldn't need much looking after! The surface is hard wearing, and can be cleaned with normal surface cleaners.
Touch ups to damaged areas can be made with a little Fiddes Hard Wax Matt Oil, we sell kits here.
